Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unopened and still sealed in its original vacuum packaging

• Unused and in brand-new, resaleable condition

To begin the return process, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Important:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe return.

Once We Receive Your Return

We will inspect the item to confirm it remains unused and unopened. If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Or, if requested, we can arrange a size exchange

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If it takes longer, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Returns of Opened Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any dog beds once the vacuum seal has been broken. Once opened, the bed expands and cannot be repackaged.

If you are unsure about the size of the bed upon delivery, please do not open the sealed packaging. Contact us first—we’ll be happy to help guide you through a return or exchange as long as the product remains sealed.
